WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Opening an Account
To open an account, proof of business and professional status as well as signed Terms and Conditions are requried. Each order request will be reviewed on an individual basis.Opening Order Minimum
Soap only orders currently do not require a minimum opening order. Once new products are available for sale opening an account will require a minimum opening order of $500. You can mix and match scents and sizes. The Joy of Soap would be happy to work with you on special scent requests as well.Minimum re-order
There is no required dollar amount on re-orders.Turnaround Time
Custom or especially large orders may take 2-8 weeks before they are ready to ship, and custom soap orders require a 4-week curing time before the soaps are ready for wrapping. We will estimate shipping time when your order is placed.Payment
Currently we accept check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal for payment. We are currently not set up for NET 30 day payments.Payment Terms
Wholesale orders require full pre-payment before manufacturing begins. Shipping fees will be provided once product is ready for shipment and full pre-payment of shipping fees is required.Shipping Services
Shipping charges are determined at the time of shipping and will be added to the invoice.Damaged Shipment
If products are damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged products in the original shipping carton and immediately notify The Joy of Soap and the courier. The Joy of Soap will send a replacement of damaged products to accommodate the client. If client does not keep the original shipping carton, the client will be responsible for shipping charges.Returns
The Joy of Soap only accepts returns of damaged or defective products. Approved returns of damaged products must be processed within 30 days of receipt of order. The full value of the product will then be credited to the client's The Joy of Soap account.Price Changes
We make every effort to inform our clients prior to making any price changes. However, due to frequent increases in organic pricing, The Joy of Soap prices are subject to change without notice.By placing an order, I declare that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions as specified by The Joy of Soap. I also declare that I am authorized to place orders and take full responsibility for acceptance and payment of all future orders placed under our account.
