Shelf Life

Products made using organic and natural ingredients have an average shelf life of 12 months from the time you receive your product although our handmade soaps have a very long shelf life as soap only gets harder and better with age. Bath and skin care products should be stored in their closed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Take care to avoid letting water into a product's container when using in the shower or tub.

Returns

We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns will only be allowed on products purchased directly from The Joy of Soap. We must receive notification of a return within 7 days of your receipt of products, and you will receive a credit toward a future purchase. We are unable to refund shipping charges. For your security, please return your item with a reliable courier and retain your order information. The Joy of Soap is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
