The Joy of Soap was created as a result of my many years spent traveling for work, which can be fun and exciting but hard on your skin. I always had trouble finding soaps that were not full of skin-drying chemicals and ultimately decided the way to get the finest possible soap was to start making my own using natural ingredients and old fashioned craftsmanship. From this The Joy of Soap was born.

In addition to the dry atmosphere on airplanes, commercially made soaps placed in hotel bathrooms add to skin dehydration. All of our natural soap is hand crafted, hand cut and hand wrapped in small batches, using certified organic oils, therapeutic grade essential oils and ingredients that are gentle on your skin. Our smaller size soap is perfect for work or pleasure trips enabling you to nurture your skin while away from home and be conscious of the environment by eliminating the need to dispose of hotel soaps and packaging.
